How does role-based access work?
Each user has a role (Admin, Executive, Manager, Employee). Executives and PMOs see org-wide data; managers see their own initiatives and projects; employees see only their assigned work. All visibility is enforced server-side.
What does the approvals workflow cover?
KPI value submissions follow a draft → submit → approve/reject flow. Formula and target changes require PMO approval by default. All decisions are logged with actor, timestamp, and before/after detail.
